GRANITE HILLS HIGH SCHOOL – Apple Valley, ca

Solo Epoxy Coatings completed the resurfacing of a second-floor deck at Granite Hills High School, featuring the Sherwin-Williams Resudeck 3 System — a high-performance, waterproof, and slip-resistant coating engineered for long-term durability in high-traffic environments. The project scope included complete resurfacing of 2,300 sq. ft., installation of new perimeter metal flashing, and the application of the Resudeck 3 System for waterproof protection and extended service life.

The seamless, durable, and low-maintenance system was designed to withstand California’s climate and daily use, keeping school facilities protected and compliant with public works standards.
